This is a Santa Rosa Model. It is Jobsite #121 and is an example of a Full Stucco Model Option offered by Levitt & I.T.T.
 
When 5 Clark Lane, another ' Santa Rosa' Model was being flipped in/around 2011 the Flippers viewed this Model and used it as a template example for 5 Clark Lane.
