ITT Levitt 'Showcase Golf Course Neighborhood'.
We are a Group of Residents in the 'ITT Levitt, 'Showcase Neighborhood'. We are located within the 'Country Club Cove'
Section of Palm Coast Florida. The 'ITT Levitt, later ITT CDC 'Showcase Neighborhood' was the first Neighborhood in
Palm Coast, Florida. The ''ITT Levitt Showcase Neighborhood ' was a required component of the official 'Guided Tour'
offered by ITT Levitt for all prospective Buyers. ITT Levitt, later ITT CDC, shuttled prospective buyers around in first
Vans then later Jitney Trolleys. Also used were the water taxis to cross the intracoastal to see the promised Amenities
Beachside and to see the five miles of 'Palm Coast Beaches'. A red London double decker Bus, called 'The getting to
know us Bus' was used to pick up person at the Airport; many prosepective buyers stayed at our Sheraton Palm Coast on the
Beach as part of the 'Package'. The purpose was for Prosepctive Buyers to see all the many promised Improvements
and many Pledged Amenities being offered. The following pages reflect many of these promised Improvements and many pledged
Amenities. We are primarily recording data on the 'ITT Levitt 'Showcase Neighborhood'.

as 'The Core' area of Palm Coast also referred to as Olde Towne Palm Coast Core. The term "Core" was used in the 'Consent
Agreement' of 1976 with the Federal Trade Commission. International Telephone and Telegraph , et. al. 933 , Docket #
